Very useful indeed, I would like to suggest few points to consider:br1 In the vision section, every company should have a Planet (CO2 reduction) and People ambitionbr2 in the collection of input, customers should be a key contributorbr3 In the "Risk to good implementation" section, I would add the "non executable strategies" ; it is in my experience one of the big pitfalls, that strategies are built without a sense of execution (like in the old days when products were designed without a sense of their manufacturability)brbr4 In the "Create the plan" section, there should be an assessment of previous plans and their success and failure, and learn from the past experience what to do differently this time to maximize success chancebr5 Before cascading the plans, there should be a step of formal validation of the strategy and plans with the shareholders: without this, you take the risk to deploy a strategy and realize later that shareholders are not onboard, which will imply a change in strategybr6 in a VUCA world, strategy must be reviewed on a frequent basis in order to integrate the key emergent facts that impact the universe of the company

the thing that seems a bit strange in this pyramid is the vision on top, not the mission since the mission is permanent (you cannot really change the reason why your organization exists) and visions can change every 3 years or so, wouldn't it be logical to put the mission on top?
