If I was laid off from my job in late 2022, got a final paycheck in 2023 and turned 55 years old in 2023 I withdrew some of my 401K funds in 2023 and I filed my taxes with the 10 penalty fee I have still not obtained employment as of June 15th, 2024 Can I file an amended 2023 return to get back this 10 fee?
