Good breakdown summary of different rental options I think my favourite would be HMO because of the endless supply of students/young professionals and higher cash flow Yes, it is more riskier and active since you would need to find the people and manage the house but it still brings a stable cash flow if you know your basics Comment from : @i-hsiuchiang8569 |

Happy new year Jamie Thanks for the vids they are a great help I would love to see a more detailed video about investing in "boring vanilla buy to let" Specifically, how to work out ROI, NET rent, Gross Rent and what good numbers are for vanilla rentals etc What do you aim for? Some Examples of your good and bad properties? I get about 8 ROI on my first rental which i think is ok?
