at the 3:20 mark you talk about Fundrise I have an account with them I consider it my "fun" money account The portfolio is up to a 10 return for me Which isn't too bad since I am only dropping about $100 per month on it Just something fun to venture into if you can afford it If you can't, you should stick with investing in an S & P index fund
