Great message! You are so right Daria! I speak 9 languages and 4 of them I studied by myself, I used to think and write a lot in these 4 languages It really works! Another thing I use to do is listening to songs in different languages and sing them out loud, with the lyrics in front of me This helps to get a correct pronounciation I'm on my 10th lenguage which is (hopefully!) russian I'm working on it After the You Tube lessons I would like to join your conversation lessons Thank you so much for your lessons Daria, and for the great material you send You're so generous! If you are truly fanatical about it, sign up to study a professional course in a field that interests you using Russian as the language of instruction It could be geology, agriculture, law, education, medicine, nursing, engineering, history etc This will require a 9 month course of basic Russian in a Pbrpreparatory faculty (подготовительной факультет, "Patfak" for short) You will be forced to start thinking in Russian and expressing yourself That's the path I took

Your standard english accent is very good but I can tell a little accent that sounds russian just because I notice my russian friend having a very tiny foreign accent Again you speak very well but there is a hint of a foreign accentt when you talk and its very hard for me to pin point it but when you said "One cup of coffee please" it sounded very convincing, I could have easily taken you for an American :)
