Russian is a very interesting language As all languages it has assimilated stuff from other languages The Russian language has bordered and interacted with so many languages Swedish vikings founded the first Russian kingdom so i can sense a few norse words in the Russian language indeed, and many german and even more greek words as well I just love Russia and how interesting the Russian language is to study, to put it shortly:)
