Thanks for your input There are reasons to hold physical gold , silver , etc there are reasons to own stock in mining equiptment or mining companies and reasons to invest in companies that sell you gold hold the gold for you and will buy it back or deliver it at your discretion they are all risky to some degree br Getting robbed in a costco parking lot might happen but I think getting robbed by an investment guy is far more likely you cant just call some gold broker or IRA investment couselor and trust them either

Why would anybody buying gold at Costco want to sell it back to Costco? that doesn't even make sense If you're going to sell your gold you go to a coin shop, or an online gold dealer that buys Duh Purchasing gold from Costco has its benefits one, you can use a credit card with no extra fees like when you buy it online , and get cash back on that credit card purchase, reducing the actual amount you paid for it Plus their premiums are very reasonable
