It’s not true! Pacifica has heavy seat and (I wish that ashore who decide make it this way same have life!)😊 mpg I can’t believe is so bad I make 15,4mpg! Awfull When us car makers start working? We need car as China make! Nice fuel efficient and safety! 😊so I hope some us car producers get bankrupt and China come on our market! 😊😊 Comment from : @ArtDav-jp6kg |

I want to do a camper van and struggling with odessy vs sienna choice I'm on 5'4 so i can fit with the 2nd row seats not being removed and love the hybrid but taking out the 2nd row seats is in odessy is huge and much more room So the 2nd row seat situation in sienna could be deal breaker Comment from : @3Angels1777 |
I love Honda odssseys but I’m more of a Toyota sienna fan Comment from : @mudassarnasir |

Our first 2012 odyssey had just shy of 300k before trading to a 2020 It has 150k now and have never had an issue with either outside of normal maintenance One of our close friends still has their 2012 Odyssey with just over 500k and still solid with no issues Also, have family with the Toyota mini vans… no issues with them either Can’t say the same for those with the Dodge Chrysler after 150k That’s been our sample size experiences Comment from : @tonlarj37 |
I don't care about torque & towing, but I do care about the MPG and Space Sienna can not get the 2nd row seats out, so disappointing Comment from : @jamesamber6009 |
Over 50k miles on each and i pick the pacifica every time There is a reason many reviewers leave it out when comparing the other 3 (honda/kia/yota), they are competing for 2nd place Comment from : @nbookie |

Toyota Siana uses a nickel metal hydride battery and have an extremely long track record of life, providing you the proper maintenance one of which is to clean the hybird vents by the dealer when oil is changed Anybody can do this when you vacuum your car it takes 5 minutes and is very simple to do, utube will show you how For example, the Toyota Camry uses a metal nickel hybrid battery very similar to the Toyota Siana These vehicles typically totaly no issues till at least 400,000 to 500,000 km or more before they give any problem Taxis are away buy every hybird Toyota Camry they can get their hands on Most vehicles at this point are totally garbage by this point and have been in the wrecking yard for quite some time If a person gets that many kms on their Siana, I would say they got their money savings out long before the battery goes out Comment from : @petejansen7220 |

PACIFICA Comment from : @19511983 |

Sienna basicly can be used as light SUV with all seats down more room than small pickup Add a roof rack for 8’ lumber Use as small camper van add foam mattress and beach chair and more Comment from : @vmobile890 |
The Odyssey is 2 generations behind the Sienna The Pacifica is unreliable and regretful to own past 100K miles If you are rich and don't care for reliability and resale value get the Pacifica If you like old technology and don't mind 16mpg gas millage get the Odyssey If you are smart get the Sienna Comment from : @goru426 |
bToyota Sienna hybrid battery replacement costs is $12,000 Installation cost $1,000 Disposable cost of old $1,100/b bCar insurance $22500 per month on a new Toyota Sienna hybrid with a clean driving record/b Comment from : @monicalee9659 |
bWhat I don't like about the new 2021 Toyota Sienna hybrid; one thing is it's four inches shorter in height than the 2020 regular size Vans I'm really sick and tired of all the Cross over crap and I don't feel as safe/bbrbrI'm now disabled from being rear ended in a Honda CRV in front of Sam's Club A 30 mph zone A deliberate hit, the woman took out 13 circumferential bulged discs five in my neck and eight in my Thoracic and lumbar and SI joints I've had 3 disc replacements in my cervical, major back surgery, because of pinched nerves to my heart, my lungs, my left shoulder, back spasms, and wouldn't you know it the damn surgeon didn't put spacers in those discs and fused me up the same way I came out of the car accident ! I still need SI joints and lumbar surgery They stopped making the 10 points dial seats on the jeeps and Buicks, only the Suburban's have itbrbrbAnyways those crossover Van vehicles won't work for people who need the electrical Bruno Joey lift for wheelchair's/bbrbrbMany of us just want the good old fashion straight 6 or 8 cylinder engines We don't want the Turbo, we don't want the chemical exhaust buildup in the system causing our vehicles to break and engine failure or transmission failure We don't want all the unnecessary computer electronics on the cars either ! They need to STOP building terrible expensive vehicles that don't work/b Comment from : @monicalee9659 |
So NO Captain chairs on the Chrysler Pacifica, not good I would pick the Toyota Sienna Comment from : @monicalee9659 |
bI'll NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA AGAIN After having to spend $9,000 in six years on repairs because of manufacturing issues on the Honda CRV engine and valves which Honda deserves a LAWSUIT ! I hope their company FAILS !/b Comment from : @monicalee9659 |

I counted 15 cup holders in my 2006 Honda Odyssey and I swear they're multiplying 😂 I wonder how they are with that now? Comment from : @ashleywiley4933 |
So why and when did Honda Odyssey stop making ceiling vents? I have a 2006 and my kids LOVE those vents I want newer but don't want to go backwards with comfort Comment from : @ashleywiley4933 |

I’m single and don’t have kids, but here I am watching a video about minivans Comment from : @VoidJuni |
Important to mention the pacifica is more expensive, but drives better, has more comfortable suspension, comes with a vacuum, has cross bars, has nicer real leather seats, and the hybrid gets the highest mileage Comment from : @Pumfee |

But Chrysler/Dodge are the ones who invented rear seat folding to the floor Comment from : @gorillaplays8926 |

If you didn't count for reliability, I would choose the Pacifica Comment from : @USAF_MEDIC70 |
Loved the odyssey with the V6, but it just sits too low when loaded up Same with the Sienna We went with the Grand Highlander LE AWD with 24L turbo and it is the same price if not cheaper than the Odyssey and Sienna Comment from : @John-xeyvfkwieba |
Something not mentioned here - I have an older Odyssey that I love ! For just me Why ? I took out the middle seats, folded the back row down, and made a camper out of it - with a nice single cot, shelves for camping supplies, and a small dresser Plus, I can fit my 8ft kayak IN it And with a tow bar, I attach a bicycle rack to the back Everything can be easily removed if I need to haul stuff A great, comfy, all-purpose vehicle ! Comment from : @wheatberry |

I drive a Prius Prime now, bought a 2001 Prius when they came out in 2000, and you'll take Toyota hybrid technology away from me "when you pry it from my cold, dead hands" as they say brbrBut I rented a Pacifica in 2019 to drive 1000 pounds of an ex-girlfriend's stuff to her 1000 miles away (a good distance for us to be from each other, though we are cordial and had many great years together) I know all the reliability issues with Chrysler/Stellantis products I must say, the Pacifica highly impressed me Non-hybrid version, so I stowed the middle and rear seats, and loaded all her stuff on the awesomely large/flat resulting cargo surface, with it ending up just at the level of the bottoms of the windows Threw a black blanket over it all, and you'd not even know it was therebrbrI pumped the tires up to the "max load at max psi" value on the sidewall, I forget whether that was 44psi or 50psi Maybe I put 50psi either way, lol Driving 1000 miles on interstates from NH to IN at 75mph into the wind on average, with 1000 pounds of cargo plus another 300 pounds for me and my luggage/stuff for a road trip, I got 28mpg Returning without her stuff, and doing 55mph as an experiment, I got 38mpg average on the return trip That shocked me brbrNot one problem, everything worked well, and the car rode and handled much better than I expectedbrbrIf I ever spend a year or two traveling the "car camping" or "van life" lifestyle, and didn't want to do it in the Prius Prime (which is fine for month-long car camping trips, and doable but a bit cramped if going for a year it has less storage space and "bed headroom" than a regular Prius, due to the bigger PHEV battery) I would really only consider the Stow-N-Go Pacifica, or the Sienna after doing the work needed to remove the normally not consumer-removable seats Even in the Pacifica, I'd probably remove the unremovable seats, to use their stowage areas for more storagebrbrI've owned super-reliable cars and cars with moderate to poor reliability reputations, and really never had problems with any of them The crappy ones, often you just have to take it really easy with, and maintain really well, and you'll be fine So, using a Pacifica for a special mission for 50-80K miles, would not scare me very much, even if I'd probably actually just grab a SIenna and stick with what I have total faith in, because it leaves open the option to drive it for 250-400K miles if I decide to keep it beyond the immediate mission I got it for Comment from : @EfficientRVer |

In the rental market, all the vehicles are sold after 2-3 years for a refresh of the latest model available Which Mini-Van is popular in the rental fleet because customers ask for it the most? I'm not saying, because I'm not selling or advertising anything However, Rental Car/Sales Sites have multiples of one particular Brand/Model Mini-Van that is hard to ignore in the rental 'choice' market Comment from : @richardanderson2483 |
View mechanics views on Chrysler Pacifica on YouTube (disparaging) With a V6 engine & tow package included, the radiator cooling system is upgraded and able to pull at least 3,500 pounds behind the vehicle Maybe a better version of Chrysler Pacifica in 2026 refresh There is hope! Comment from : @richardanderson2483 |

Regardless with issues with Chrysler Pacifica, largest cargo space; 4X8 sheet of plywood lays flat with the back hatch completely closed ('All' Stow & Go 'S' Model) Comment from : @richardanderson2483 |

I have a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica S Limited (not hybrid) and it’s literally the best minivan I have ever owned We came from a Honda Odyssey Elite and I will never go back I loved my odyssey at the time but I didn’t know how much more I would love the Pacifica The Pacifica is sleeker, and better looking than the Odyssey and I love the way it drives so much more Comment from : @laurelthomas-welch4803 |
I will choose sienna for these reasons, 1, hybrid, 2,awd, 3,reliability ,4,resale price, 5,easy way to get into third row seats, 6,the transmission last forever Comment from : @victorboateng2152 |
I need stow n go for a camper❤ Comment from : @louisedost8476 |

the only reason to choose a chrysler would be the stow and go Otherwise go reliability and get toyota or honda Comment from : @duncan359 |

Pacifica Gas WIth Stow and GO is the one I like-I have over 120,000 miles on mine with only TIRE problems in the past THe trans is fine IF you maintain it properly and do not abuse it Get the fluid changed regularly as recommended IF you are hard on it- have an external Trans cooler installedI also have a Grand Caravan (Older) which is almost the same as the Pacifica to use for utility -and with stow and go it handles whole sheets of ply wood flat on the floor with the rear hatch closed too THese two are great to carry my great grandchildren around Comment from : @Thommadura |
I need help I really like the Pacifica but reading about transmission problems have started to sway methe next on is the Toyota Sienna but it doesnt have the space that the Pacifica has and I havent considered the Honda Odysseyand its a 2022 or 2023 Pacifica Comment from : @pj195 |

I don’t know what I’d pick that’s why I’m here 😂 reality is we will have two rear facing car seats and an older child, with plans for another so probably the Pacifica won’t work Probably will end up going either odyssey or sienna Comment from : @Psychiatricnerd |

Toyota Sienna is way better than the others ! I bought mine brand new in 2021 ! I already have 230k miles in it! Never had a problem ! Btw- I drive uber- Lyft Comment from : @gokhankartal9735 |
Out of these 3, it's the Odyssey for me With the Sienna, not being able to remove the 2nd row seat is a total dealbreaker Otherwise it's pretty great, but I have to have removable seats The Pacifica I would consider only for the Stove'n'go option That would be a strong selling point for me and I would never even consider the Pacifica Hybrid Makes no sense - the Odyssey and Sienna are better in every way except for the stove'n'go Comment from : @vecernicek2 |
Vans don’t mean kids wtf is this lol Comment from : @Hoxworth73 |
