Great content but definitely don’t be hard on yourself I’m doing no spend January and I have learned so much It really does re-set your habits I’ve made a list of what I’m not buying for the first three months of 2025 I plan to adjust the list to fit my needs every three months I am considering doing a no spend February after having a small shopping trip and ordering a few nice things (things I’d rather have instead of money-wasters I’d normally spend on for the month) Thinking of doing it this way but haven’t decided for sure Xo❤

I mean socks dont cost that much and its hardly a want its a need I get the minimalist but shoes that are broken could trip you up so its a hazrad I think a mate should have bought u socks 8nstead of a beer as thats a true friend seeing ur in dire need I hope u start to see som3 spending is just part of living like the humidifier and without it may have led to mould n respiratory issues Great tips but extreme measures that few can aspire to

I think you created a good balance somewhat (not really with not buying shoes and going barefootdangerous and very silly) but were excessive in other parts But at least for the rest, like travelling as you enjoy and giving gifts, I think is great! Lessons are always learnt in everyday Health is health, allergies to mold and walking barefooted can both be dangerous, its not about perspective at all Also, being extremely frugal (hole in shoes?! hole in socks and not replacing), it doesn't really make sense either

I am enjoying your videos very much This is the first issue I felt I needed to weigh in on Putting yourself in a position of blisters and hurt feet is over the top The skin is our first barrier of defense against infection Opening your feet up to this could have ended up costing you much more than a pair of shoes Our health should be our highest priority as it allows for all of the other aspects of our lives,

Hi Bea, I think that you did very well 😊 Thanks for being so honest about your experience over the last 6 months, it might not have been perfect, but it was a great exercise in learning what you truly need vs wanted Thanks for introducing me to saguaro shoes, they make kids shoes which is fantastic news, my daughter has wide feet and struggles to find shoes that she finds comfortable, these might work for her She has a minimalist shoe collection, one pair of sneakers, one pair of flip flops, one pair of espadrilles and last week we bought her a pair of winter boots 😊 She however is not a minimalist with books 📚😂😂😂 and wants to have a personal library, which means more than 1000 books 😮😮😮😮 I can't complain about it 👍😊

I stayed in a Portuguese village in winter many years ago The houses were stone and hundreds of years old People had farm animals under their houses and cooked in black cauldrons in the fireplace I have never been so cold in my life The trees were covered in ice, it was pretty though
