How long have you worked with Excel to get this level of confidence? Learning each day little bits at a time not to feel overwhelmedgaining more understanding and seeing the program from the looks of it can do quite a bit So far more than what I originally thought, the all commands arealengthy

Hi! I recommend disabling the Background Refresh in the query This will prevent the pivot table from updating until the query is finished, and you will no longer need to hit refresh twice If you right click on the query, you will find it among the options
