Some customers don't want to hear this but often times they are the reason for this issue because of misspelled addresses and not listing apartment and suite numbers I've seen packages van scanned that upon a quick Google search actually were supposed to go to the other side of the state Other times when FedEx systems can't pin point an address namely due to new developments they often guess and those also end up on the wrong van and can get bounced around for a few days until it ends up on the right van

As a retail customer service representative who works in a call center, a lost package will definitely be a DSAT (1 star or dissatisfied) for us therefore affecting our monthly score that we must maintain otherwise we'll lose our job I hope people who order online will watch videos like these so that they'll realize that we do not control the delivery status of their packages

I order from different shops and I got scam and packages lost to on the news they show amazon van and a FedEx drunk to stealing people's packages it was all on camera so most websites lie about it getting lost and even post offices to this not ok something need to be serious done about this😡😡😡

I appreciate this insight very much I sell custom yard signs with my sister on etsy, and we keep going back and forth with USPS for not updating tracking We ship with priority mail, so it's just irritating Especially, when there's an actual due date that the sign is needed Like, I have a complaint from someone on etsy that they're concerned because they need the sign THIS weekend I asked to file a claim for all 13 that still haven't moved, but I can't because it hasn't been 15 days yet since shipment All I can do is put in a service request for 5 of them 🤦‍♀ I'm usually a pretty kind and nice person to shipment people I know everyone's low staffed But it's just annoying that this happens like every single time that we ship with USPS And now I have to find out how to change our shipping on etsy to UPS See if things get better that way
