I do not know why the LSD currency was put to an end It was so simple Two happences made a penny, three pennies made a threppence, two threppences made a tanner, two tanners made a bob, two bob made a florin, two and a half bob made a half-crown, and two half crowns made a crown, whilst two crowns made a ten bob note, and finally two ten bob notes made a shilling, not to mention the quinea which was 21 bob So simple I have long been confused with today's currency
