 At what temperature should we distill the macerated liquid so that we get best flavour & aroma without any off notes Will low temperature such as 50 or 60 degree celcius woukd work or not Or 80 degree is neccesary for distillation Hoping for a quick reply from ur side it will help me a lot Thanks in advance

 What sort of wash did you use originally? TPW? TFFV? brI'm looking to do something similar but not sure if i want to to the maceration technique or let the vapour pass through the botanicals

 I put the botanicals in the steam column - that way I can distill about 20 litres with 100 grams of botanicals and there is danger of burning anything in the wash

 Next time, do a spirit run before you do a gin run, you'll loose alot of gin flavour in the heads and tails of your run

 How dose it taste ? Compared the the off the shelf gins yiu enjoy? I've never tried putting the everything in the pot When I had a similar column as you I put a screen inplace of the top bubbler and put the botanicals in there eventually I switched out to a gin basket with a pot still But in the pot looks intresting
