I watched this, and a few others, bought my own idatastart and t-harness to put in a 2016 crv After programming the module with a laptop (super easy) I had the stuff installed and the car remote started from the factory fob in 30 mins or less Took longer to dress everything and put the car back together than to install and remote start Love it Although I learned, anyone who will put in a remote start and long range fobs for 400 bucks, ain't makin' much off of that
