I use Trader Joe's Extra Virgin Olive oil when I make chicken breast, so my question is that a bad idea? I thought it was healthy

Midwest Girl
I think this is a good video if you understand how WW works I'm at the point where I'm considering WW, so this information doesn't really make sense to me :/
Comment from : Midwest Girl

Jo W
I often don’t always use my weeklys I’ve gone back to ww and trying to refresh my memory on things I’ve learned previously At 16 points I’m wondering if I should use weeklys In the beginning, I’m feeling 16 points isn’t a lot Thoughts from others?
Comment from : Jo W

Linda Murray
oh man, so glad i watched this My doctor recommended more omega 3s to help so i eat a TON of hemp hearts, chia, flax and walnuts I was bummed out to see the point factor on all of these, especially because they are whole foods with high fiber and protein as well Im going to try your approach this month!
Comment from : Linda Murray

Mahesh Patil
Can you help me share my weight loss afffiliate link with your channel please? respond me on contactmp@gmailcom

Comment from : Sarah Goodchild

LIL RICHY Cook
So helpful about the fats! Just what I needed This has been my biggest issue because I need fats for epilepsy
Comment from : LIL RICHY Cook

D Delatte
I love what you said about the weeklies and am going to strive for that too I'm a recovering yo-yo keto-er and secretly afraid that I can't lose weight while eating bread and fruit, but I really want to try
Comment from : D Delatte

Jordan Nichols
Well done! I lost 40lbs 2 years ago with WW I have put 12lbs back on during COVID-19 Back on plan now This is helpful
Comment from : Jordan Nichols

Caitlin Fairlee
I totally get your chips & cookies! Crackers for me are totally my Achilles heel as silly as that sounds They are easily grabable and very satisfying (fat, salt, crispy etc) Keeping them just out of the house is a great idea Just don’t even tempt myself
Comment from : Caitlin Fairlee

Cara Garrett
If I avoid fats I am absolutely FAMISHED! I notice a huge difference in satiety and fullness if I make sure to include healthy fats in my diet
Comment from : Cara Garrett

hollymarye1
I loved finding someone who thinks the same way about healthy fats In general I think ww encourages people (perhaps inadvertently) To eat food that are low fat or sugar free (often very processed) to have lower points, but I think it’s better to work towards a diet that includes all food in portions that are healthy for us Have full fat but a smaller quantity for example, we’re usually just used to eating a lot more than is good for us Anyway I haven’t heard anyone speak about this before so it was great finding your video!
Comment from : hollymarye1

Catherine Hicks
What about fruits? Did you limit fruits, cut them out completely, or count them as points? I am at a stand still
Comment from : Catherine Hicks

John Clinton
Thanks for making a great video How do you deal with foods that you have no clue how many points?
Comment from : John Clinton

Gigi B
Great insights!
Comment from : Gigi B

Lori M

Judy DeCastris
I basically did the same thing and had the same way of thinking It also worked great for me I lost 35 lbs in 6 mos And was so proud of myself Had so much more energy and have still kept it off It's been a year and a half now Loved WWs Freestyle! It really helped me get back in shape and feel good
Comment from : Judy DeCastris

Kathy Todd
Yes fats are necessary!!
Comment from : Kathy Todd

Karen Hoskins
I agree, and would have to add cereal to the bad list of C's! All though I have found some chips made out of beans that have a lot of protein and fiber that are pretty good!
Comment from : Karen Hoskins

Trèlyn
So helpful! Thank you!
Comment from : Trèlyn

Uncle Sticky
If you see this, how are you doing a year later? I've gotten to the point where I have to do something, for the rest of my life is going to be miserable, and probably short I'm looking at different programs, that's why I'm asking how the Weight Watchers has been longer-term Thanks if you see this
Comment from : Uncle Sticky

lezley douglass
Yes, I definitely agree They make no distinction between good fats and bad fats I think we have to do that for ourselves
Comment from : lezley douglass

amanda margaret 🐼
This was so so helpful for me I rejoined weight watchers 3 months ago and have completely failed to stay within my points everyday It’s hard transitioning back because there’s so much temptation everywhere, especially at work where people bring in all kinds of unhealthy goodies I recently quit being vegan so I gained about 10 lbs after going off the rails and eating foods I hadn’t eaten in 4 years like donuts and cheese and very high calorie bad foods Now, going into the holiday season, I’m really nervous I’ll never get back on track Could you make a tips and tricks video for the holiday season? Would love to hear your thoughts
Comment from : amanda margaret 🐼

Dave Robb
Hi Olivia, I am new to WW and have not read all of the Q&A's so please forgive me if this is redundant 1) The 'blue dot' range - do you know what it is called in the new WW system and/or is there something like it now? 2) High activity goal of 59 points My program goal is 22 points per week Is this where you tried to get 59 points per week? And why 59 and not 60? just curious!!! Thanks and I was/am very encouraged by your video I'm only on Day 12 and have lost 71 lbs!
Comment from : Dave Robb

Caitlin Borne
You’re beautiful I love your dress and overall look
Comment from : Caitlin Borne

Cat C
The reason healthy fats like avocado and nuts have points is because they are easy to overeat and are trigger foods for many, not because WW thinks they're bad
Comment from : Cat C

Lynn Nelson
Great video!!!

Lissa Kristine
1 I use my FitPoints instead of my weeklies My weeklies are there for that margin of error or special events For me, it helps me stay on track mentally because I feel free to eat the foods I want to eat, but I don't get triggered by a negative numberbrbr2 I am debating tracking butter and coconut oil as regular olive oil because in weight loss terms, I really don't think it makes that big of a difference; they're all roughly the same number of calories per tablespoon (I'm also debating the whole no-count avocado thing; I'm just worried that I'll get too out of hand if I make too many exceptions)
Comment from : Lissa Kristine

bajanboi noho
Cookies, chips and crackers are my weakness, too! It’s my crack and had to go cold turkey! Now I get my crunch from carrots It’s not the same but I know it’s better for me
Comment from : bajanboi noho

Sallee Ebbett
I’ve now done WW three different times - each time I make Lifetime, I eventually slide back into eating more than I should of things I adore, but need to be eliminated My “healthy fat” issue was always kalamata olives I could eat 6 for 1 point on the first version of WW I went on in 2010 I’ve continued to consider them healthy and “fat” in the same way you do avocados
Comment from : Sallee Ebbett

sharisstampinstudio
First time watching your videos and I’m hooked! I have a couple of cheats as well I don’t count skim milk because my mother has osteoporosis and I feel the natural calcium is best for me Also don’t really count olive oil or hit the blend button in my smoothies to track blended fruit
Comment from : sharisstampinstudio

Ray Miller
well shit if you are hard core as you were you better lose weight damn! Good job
Comment from : Ray Miller

Melissa Keller
I really discourage people from avoiding weeklies It's SO MUCH EASIER to maintain if you eat them The more you can eat to lose, the easier it is long term I have been Lifetime 14 years
Comment from : Melissa Keller

Rebekah Elizabeth
Did you have any cheat meals during your 40 pound time period?
Comment from : Rebekah Elizabeth

Lizh
I have been doing the same thing with fats I cannot stand fat free greek yogurt so instead I have full fat plain yogurt which I find delicious and I am still losing weight
Comment from : Lizh

Elyse Botha

Theresa O’Connor
I completely agree with you about cutting out the “danger zone” foods because I also have a hard time trying to control the amount of the danger zone foods for me, so I have not been bringing those types of foods home anymore because I’m setting myself up for failure I also agree strongly as well about the Good Fats they are truly very important for your heart & brain and your over all good health1
Comment from : Theresa O’Connor

EAV0503
I love your take on the healthy fats! I used to do keto and I keep some of the principles in mind while trying out ww I do also appreciate that ww is not as scared of fats as it used to be This is my favorite version of ww that I’ve tried so far and I’m hoping to see positive results in the near future ❤️
Comment from : EAV0503

Shelley N
I think you are right on the money about the healthy fats And I as well do much better without the processed snacks in my kitchen because I can’t stay out of them I don’t binge but like you said they are temptations I find hard to resist
Comment from : Shelley N

Linda Novak
I would love to see a video where they get to the point and do not go on and on-short and to the point

Comment from : Tammy Miles

Violet Jane
I loved the old Olivia because it wasn’t about weight, but about true sense of self and personality, You can lose weight but lose your sense of self, is isn’t as appealing
Comment from : Violet Jane

RB Johnson
You were adorable when I first discovered your videos, 40 lbs heavier Now you are stunning! That inner beauty shines
Comment from : RB Johnson

still shrn
Hi! I am late to the party since I just found you! Love the advice and your hacks are not weird at all I agree about the healthy fats and feel that their point values should be lower I might start eating avocados again thanks to you brEveryone needs to find their trigger foods and not judge others just because they can stop at 1 snickers while I eat 5😀 For me it is chips I can mindlessly eat a whole bag in one sitting
Comment from : still shrn

S Hays
Thank you Olivia on all your insight I REALLY needed that today Struggling with what is sustainable and healthy I was doing Keto for a healthy option along with getting my 13 lbs back off I injured my hip and running was not an options for months, but walk everyday on my lunch, even if it is freezing cold Keto had me frustrated most days from all the thinking and I feel I have to do for food Not really a HUGE dairy fan, so that would eliminate that Anyway, your video inspired me to get back to what works and realistic THANK YOU I would love to know about your running
Comment from : S Hays

Sanhita Datta
What you said makes a lot of sense Thank you
Comment from : Sanhita Datta

Cait K
I totally agree about the healthy fats WW shows them as more points than other oils, but those other oils are not healthy So I do feel that they should consider that olive oil is healthier than canola oil and real butter is healthier than margarine Not that you can eat all you want, but your eating real foods and not all this processed junk
Comment from : Cait K

Terri Puckett
I completely agree about the healthy fats I think WW dings healthy fats pretty heavily Mine are olive oil, avocado and pistachios Conversely, I track apples and bananas as 1 point because of the sugar
Comment from : Terri Puckett

Carrie Trantalis
Great video I too am on lifetime Could you link the channel pointless avocado I would like to take a look Thank you
Comment from : Carrie Trantalis

Debra 007
