Wait 18 months there is , and always be new WW plans find one that works for you and stick with it I was a Leader ( they changed that too) for almost 7 years I was frustrated after selling products for the plans and suddenly they weren’t useful because WW elite needed more $ so they made new plans and new products that’s life span is maybe, 12-18 months Comment from : Mona Morgan |

I must be the only one who loved the Personal Choice plan I don’t like the current plan and have not lost well since starting it I miss my brown rice being 0 points Now it’s 4 points I’ve been up and down and not successful on this plan I wish WW would let each person chose the plan they like best I will continue to try to adjust and not give up Comment from : P G |

I never had to be on WW until now but I did acquire the 200 points foods list I found out why I gained (This might help some) I have food sensitivities and once I found out what they are and avoided them I started to lose So between that knowledge and the WW plan I should do well You helped me very much because the list I have said you could eat as many of zero points as I want I found that a bit hard to believe I want to join but I don't want to be tied to my WW diet forever I was always skinny and I don't like admitting I need to diet Thanks so much I will probably take the plunge because of you Now I am going to have to follow you Thanks so much, I feel so motivated now Comment from : Cherokee Rose |

yes, there is a diabetic plan I'm on it So far what I can tell (I'm new) is that many things that are zero points for others are not for diabetics as we need to watch our carbs more Like fat-free greek yogurt for me is 2 points for a cup, 1 for half a cupnot 0 :-( but that's ok Also, most fruits have points too because of the sugars Comment from : Tia Saletta |

I’m not exactly happy about the change because I was having wonderful success with Personal Points and did not with Blue It has never been an issue for me to input recipes from your channel or others to get my points I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing with PP even if that means I have to do some manual adjustments on the app Having brown rice and potatoes as zero points has been a life saver for me over the past year So many of my regular meals are built on them Comment from : JKCE Designs |

The name of the new plan is the Weight Watcher Plan WW (wellness wins) is no longer The zero point food list is the same as the former Blue Plan list, except non fat cottage cheese and popcorn have been added (air popped corn without oil), not the microwave bags of popcorn Remember, 2 cups of popcorn is one serving The reason the food list on the WW app does not reflect the changes yet is that some people on the Personal Points plan have until Dec 11 to change over to the new plan That is when Personal Points will be cut off, and the WW zero point list will reflect the popcorn and non fat cottage cheese Comment from : Pat Mentzer |
