I am just thinking if I take a personal loan of 300000 at 12 per annum rate and put a lumsum in Quant small cap mutual funds and from past trend it gives the estimated corpus 10,00,000 while the amount I am paying in 5 years is only 4,00,000brbrWorst case scenario like covid and major fall in stock market still in 5 years of span it will atleast double my investment which comes to 6 Lakh 10 capital gain and stamp duty etc lets reduce it by 50,000 still I am taking 5,50,000 with me which is 1,50,000 that too I didn’t have to invest anything from my pocket Is it a bad deal ?
