Before I rode I had no idea how to use a manual transmission or a motorcycle (I did know how to ride a bicycle fast tho) Learned in 5 minutes and off I went I was taught in exactly this kind of casual situation I did take the MSF course that same year to get my license, well worth the price and time

I would rather see students be already somewhat familiar and comfortable when the show up for the MSF course We had a pretty girl Megan reminds me of her, quit after day 3 because she wasn't comfortable as speeds and tasks progressed She had never been on a bike, poor kid

DO NOT USE FRONT BRAKE AT SLOW SPEEDS WHEN TURNING That was terrifying when she was holding her hand on the front brake lever all the time It's so easy to topple the bike over at slow speeds by grabbing the front brake

It's always nice to see a new rider However probably a little more emphasis could have been made on safety gear Even in a slow speed accident that girl would lose skin Safety gear and why you need it should be the first introduction to motorcycles before starting it or touching the clutch It is dangerous but we can slightly affect the outcome in the worst situations through smart decisions

Motorcycle riding is not a family-friendly hobby It's very dangerous and if a young mother gets killed or severely injured it has terrible consequences on her children Moreover, you can't safely ride a motorcycle on public streets with your child Motorcycling is also very expensive and so is college Healthy women live well into their 80s these days There will be plenty of time for you to ride AFTER you successfully raise your beautiful child Enjoy having a young family It's life's sweet spot

Yikes… my wife went to a riding school I warned her not to do it because I knew she would drop the bikebrYep, she dropped the bike and burned her leg the first day I know my wife, and she isn’t coordinated enough to ride a motorcycle and should avoid dangerous things

My father taught me to drive manual in his truck when I was 14 on a dirt road on my aunts property and I have always had a manual sports car almost all my life When I 1st started riding I picked it up within 10 min inwas shifting gears ripping up and down the road while being told to slow down lol If are comfortable driving a manual car you will pick up motorcycle so quickly because you always have the eye/hand Is coordination and I'd gonas far as saying driving a bike is easier than a manual car because people are naturally more in control of their hands as far as clutch control than they are their left foot It is more dangerous but strictly speaking the mechanics of controlling the drive train on a bike is easier because everything is in uou hands literally If you want to learn to ride a bike start learning to drive a manual car and once you understand clutch control in a car it will be easy mode on a bike
