Okay So I have had a huge setback YEARS ago as a kid I crashed and literally almost died and now I can't get back on a bike without having a nervous meltdown or wobbling like crazy Any tips or help? I can ride but my fear makes it impossible to do so

no worries about it, I live in Indonesia too and we need no course to be able to ride a bike This video has taught me invaluable lessons to make it happen I spent 2 days learning it, 3 hours each, and I can tell myself I'm close to become a normal biker hahaha! yeah! proud of myself :)) and I'm 31 btw Hope you've done it well too! I learned how to ride a bike backwards I rode tandem with my husband for over ten years before I decided to "go solo" I'm now 43 and am getting a hang of clipless pedals I'm still a little wobbly on the bike, but it's a matter of riding as often as possible as well as getting over my nerves I've already been in a few crashes Not fun

I just turned 22 and I'm plan on buying my 1st bike in a few months i don't know how to ride yet, but I have 3 great friends that are willing to teach me I can't wait! Hopefully I'll know how to ride by the time summer comes around again
