Instead of buying dryer sheets (which coat your dryer), invest in wool dryer balls They last for years and nothing to throw away Dryer sheets don't decompose but used up dryer balls can be tossed into the compost pile Pinterest has directions to make your own out of wool yarn No chemicals needed

Nice video I have replaced zip lock bags with silicone ones over time I dont use paper towels but upcycledbr reusable paper towels made from old bath towels an left over fabric from quilting brAlso I am almost 50 years of age my voice is funny I sound like a child When I answer the phone I am still aked if my mommy is home? 😅 brPlease don't let rude people get you down

My problem with liquid meals is that, yes, it's more filling, but it doesn't leave me feeling full for longer - usually I get hungry far faster

Drink 1 glass water 20 minutes B4 meal you'll eat less Eat good breakfast like olde fashioned oatmeal w q/4 tsp brown sugar and 1 milk a banana snack chili w kidney beans n hamburger meat and generic tomato soup for sauce Use for spaghetti too Eat popcorn for supper

I just made my own airplane pillow by cutting a leg from an old pair of jeans and filling it with an old pillow stuffing Adding a button and a strip of jean to either side to keep it together when wearing it

My shower is my downtime, I enjoy using a loofah & body wash, 1 bottle last me 3 months, I use Dial $4 a bottle Even though I am frugal, I spend on what I enjoy :)

I don't use dryer sheets u can get wool dryer balls and just put a few drops of essential oil on them and ya clothes smell amzing and alot cheaper than buying dryer sheets
