All this talks are all nice, but the problem is much higher or further into the organization, or outside the organization that does not allow a more "human" treatment Reality is, business are not there to make human life more pleasantthey are there to make MONEY, and more often than not, a more detrimental impact to society's wellbeing, most of themwhy combustion cars instead of water fueled cars?reasons are deeper and darkerremoving those that create these darker environment is the key to a more successful and healthier society in many aspectsremember this, YOU DON'T REMOVE THE POISON FROM THE SNAKE'S TAIL, YOU REMOVE IT FROM IT'S HEAD
