Pain is physical, suffering is psychological hence pain may be beneficial but there is no need of suffering at all, you can't do anything like challenging yourself and creating counter environment with suffering, it will not let you do if you have suffering in the real sense If you're out of the sufferings, you can do anything you want even you have pain
