Hah, this was very interesting info about learning technicsIm amazed and grateful to Dr Huberman for important lesson today 😊 Basically, learning in small steps and pause and meditate for 1-2 min to prepare brain to open up and let information to slide in easy and repeat 4-5 times to build solid structure around new information receivedlike folders kept in small metal safe that you can open anytime you need and you holding the Only key as bossHmm, this really hold potential that will be valueble in futureI do not know acctual reason but my reaction speak volumes I can't ignore It made me so fkn happy like I gain new superpower 😅 I just know, this will be very important when time come to use this new skilland be better than Asian 😂

Sometime this happens to me While I was learning touch typing I practiced for some days and due to some reason I wasn't able to continue the practice but after that gap I came and learned better Even now I am learning pen spinning and I learned thumb around by the same technique
