I have that exact handguard that he's holding with the QD sockets that came on an upper I bought from DTT I think it's cheap Chinesium All the picatinny rail slots & most other machined surfaces are extremely sharp Very poorly finished & not deburred or smoothed out whatsoever During any realistic use, they will definitely cause cuts & abrasions Plus, they just feel cheap & will likely dent & damage very easily Also the M-lok slots are not in spec & will not securely hold things such as Magpul M-lok covers I don't recommend these as now I am looking for an economical replacement that won't cut me

Your handguards may be light but the steel barrel nut is often too heavy at over 4oz vs 15oz on others

I bought one with anti roll tabs Didn’t fit Tabs were to close together 55 restocking fee And $1590 to ship back (And I thought Optics Planet was bad) Just ordered a handguard and a punch of other parts from another company Shipping I understand But the restocking fee was a slap in the face

I don't know if I'd trust a long handguard since the steel probably isn't the best, but an 8in or shorter handguard I'd say would be strong enough to go cheap on Short equals less prone to twist and bend
