I don't miss child welfare, but I do miss those checks Sundays double time, worked 2 jobs within the same agency (Hotline and Family Center) Facts: You can burn out after a while Money no longer takes priority over mental health After 15 years and I was 1 and done!

This is very informative I told people that I was going to be a social worker They dogged me out and laughed and said I would never make money It was a journey but the possibilities and the diversity in the field is endless You dont get "stuck" you change areas and continue in your profession Like you said work part time and get more experience Motivation is the key
