I like the advice But saying that agents blow their income after closing policies on bills is weird For example I am a father of 2 and a husband l If I did that I would HAVE to spend the money I made on stuff my family needs Whatever I can reinvest after that comes second

I've been in this industry 25 years and can honestly say this is a true view of a new agent's first 90 days I do wish I had recorded my calls I rarely purchase leads but they definitely help bring in cash flow

You are great help I got my license last year and I just joined an agency with about 10 carriers The hardest part is lack or training and support I have learned that most insurance agencies brag too much and try to get you excited but they don’t really help you I wish if I find a decent agency who believes in helping agents but it’s unreal Really want to be confident and looking forward to it 🙏🙏🙏 brThank you are great teacher😊
