This is what I don’t like about Dave no debt if he’s maxed out and he needs more capacity you just paid everything off now you’ve got Proven revenue stream Should you wait 10 years to save up enough money to pay cash for the addition onto your shop or do you go out and borrow it make five times the amount of money pay it off in three years and now you’re amazingly so much better off, wow to me borrow the fucking money how stupid can you be?
