I'm planning to study forensic psychology in a state university Though, I still dont know what I need to acquire in order to be professionally licensed (eg master's degree) Also, how many years of education does it usually take up? Is it worth pursuing or is there any career beside working with the FBI earns higher salary? ( Im still in jhs, and im not so certain about things regarding psych )

I had gotten my associates degree and bachelor's degree in psychology There are barely any jobs in the therapy/psych field for these degrees I had no clue what career path I wanted to pursue Thought i atleast trying applying for jobs before i get my masters degree But hardly any luck At first I thought I wanted to work with people of all ages Once I landed a job as an early education teacher, I quickly realized that I don't want to work with childern It has been 6 years since I graduated I'm still so lost in what field I want to do I really don't want to go into more student loans debt

Hello I’m 18 years old teenager and I am to choose my degree for next years , 1/5 young people have depression disorders according to “le monde” What about the peaople who are not even on this rate ? I want to help people , specially teenagers who are not rightly guided , who are restricted to the parents or environment opignons I want them to feel their potential How can we be sure of what we want to be and believe , when our perspective on this world is restricted ? There is so much knowledge out there but people are not even considerating to dig in it , because they don’t know that it could improve their life and their feelings Nowdays a lot of people are driving their behaviours by emotions to easily It’s time to learn how to think properly in an objective way I am no expert on this subject so I’m asking for some help In which degree I can acquires more knowledges and backing education to bring those knowledge (like basic knowledge as dopamine existence that can be a cheap pleasure for certains case as procrastination ) to child or teenagers I ‘v thaught of psychology but the goal is not to be psychologue but to act as a “early prevention “ I hope I was clear ,brThanks you if you read this the end ::)

Psychology is so interesting to me, I love knowing about humans and also I would love to work with it I am myself is a very depressed person and I am trying to overcome that after 3 years I thought psychologists will be needed a lot after some years yet there are so few people trying to pursue psychology Knowing about human psychology, it helped me a lot and I had so much fun! Hey hey! Psychology graduate! You can do a lot of work in community based practice! Nonprofits are great places too! I work in a domestic abuse shelter but there’s also places like homeless shelters, community mental health clinics (even if it’s only entry level at first!), and even social work!

I'm a 2nd year BA Psychology and Economics double major student from IndiabrbrEconomics broadened my mind 100 times more than psychology could ever have and is far more interesting and fun, psychology may seem interesting at first but later on you see that it's basically just learning biology with a few psychological theories here and there, and it's absolutely boring (just my opinion, research well before taking psychology because it depends on and varies according to the college/uni)
