i have an older philips shaver i don't know which model but it tends to pull on my hair if i let it grow for a little too long will getting a more expensive and newer shaver like the 5000 or 7000 help with that?

The 3000's from 10 years ago have a way better motor from my experience I buy a new shaver instead of blades and once I heard the new 3000, i put the new blades in the old one

I had the 3000 series, but it was spinning quite slowly, and pulling out hair if i waited a little too long is the 5000 series or 7000 series any better? my very old philips had a much higher speed, so it was much faster, but it was very old and i couldn't get replacement blades for it, so i had to get a new one, and the 3000 series was not the answer

How come the tech seems to have regressed? My old 15 year old razer had a tiny LCD display showing battery life It can also be used plugged in or on battery

The 5000 Series is not connected too the Norelco 5810XL (Reflex Action / HQ5) I got over 20 years ago I don't use it much, and the battery is still functioning

Looks like you are showing the older 9000 Prestige, The new one has a pentagonal head like the 9000 you show This head makes it more difficult to get close under nose Also the older 9000 is metal new one plastic that looks like metal

They call the 9000 "the world's most intelligent shaver powered by AI" which is an intelligence-insulting joke I bought a 5000X recently for $50 USD recently, and I find it rrrreally hard to believe that paying $210 USD more for a 9000 would have been worth it The only things I dislike about the 5000X are that it lacks a battery percentage indicator, and it requires a proprietary charging cord, rather than using USB-C, as it obviously should I'd also caution people to avoid buying shavers with rubberized handles, as they turn iinvariably/i to sticky goo after a few years

I bought Braun series 9 pro and it's trash, even Mach 3 gives a much closer shave, this product is not worth even 60 euros
