Pro Tip, stop wasting so much time and effort on cover letters I have been all 6 types of recruiters for 20 years We hardly ever open cover letters and read them I'd say 2 of covers get opened Network instead with that time and effort!

Very very interesting advice I do have a question about quantifying impact though I have no real experience and have only been able to carry out “virtual simulations” which is sort of like a virtual work experience course There are no real people to give feedback on these courses so I can’t seem to find a way to quantify any of my impact I also dont really know if I made much of an impact since most of what I did was learn new information Is this type of work quantifiable at all?
