Wow What a different approach and it really makes a lot more sense than other videos I have been watching on writing cover letters I will be applying this mostly and some other aspects from other videos perhaps as well What I really love is that this makes sense, short and sweet So many other videos and suggestions have methods of basically bullshitting your way through the cover letter and making it super long Your methods and tips seem like it allows a person to just be real and genuine about it while still being impressive You are awesome, thank you Can't wait to try all this out

One thing I do not agree with is that the cover letter is no longer relevant for some positions the cover letter will always add an extra kick to your resume no matter what the position and no matter how technologically evolved we become Always add a cover letter to your resume

Thanks for the great video We have such a broken labor market/system in the US It is absurd the mismatch of workers to jobs as well as untapped potential with so many willing workers who aren't given a chance or path forward to experience careers and reveal skills that are only discovered through the experience, not aptitude tests, etc

I guess this works well if your resume is tailored to the applied job If you're not tailoring your resume, the recruiter would just be confused Would you suggest using the cover letter as a tailored way to summarize your experience according to job requirements?
