I was on disability and I was getting $1000 a month And the courts had me paying 471 in child support After paying rent, I only had two hundred to buy my meds and food Lucky for me the state turn from defending my kids mom to defending me because of a law in this state The 31,000 I was going to get from back pay end up going to my daughter mom I have other kids with her, but she was the only one still under 18 Out of that $31,000 I only got $8,000 I went to court and amended my Child support Because I was not able to work My daughter mom was getting 584 a month from SS This mean she was getting over $1000 in Child Support Because I was getting medical under the state health care, by law she was only going to get $50 a month And they was going to make her pay me back all that money back I told them I didn't want that money back I just want them to stop taking my check from that day on So it took three months for them to stop taking the 471 But the state was sending it back to me And the state told my kids mother you got a choice either you can continue to get the 584 a month or you can only have $50 a month Your choice Walking out the court house she still was asking me for more money because that $24,000 was gone

I have mixed feelings about this judge but I will say from watching his videos that he is a no bs type of person and if you do right he will praise you for it after seeing this video now ive changed my mind about how I feel about him and I 1000 agree with the way he runs his court room if I would've had him as a judge when I got in trouble as a teen I definitely would have been straightened out the first time not after the 5th time being in court

I’ve watched probably 50 videos in a row now I personally have never had any run ins with the law, but if I did, this is the judge I would want to go before He seems extremely genuine when he applauds them for taking care of their responsibilities Out of all these defendants that go before other judges, I have a feeling this one sticks out to them This might even be the first time this man has been complimented for taking care of his kids That spark of acknowledgment and kindness was received and evident on both sides 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
