These guys are the problems and furthering the home market problem and are the actual rent and home price instigators People cant own homes bc massive companies and investment REITs are buying up single family homes It took me 25 years to buy my home even with excellent credit and income There were no homes to buy and most available were bought by these groups for cash So wasn't an option to buy traditionally Which you even mention thats the standard and well known method Comment from : @wizzle2222 |
