These guys are the problems and furthering the home market problem and are the actual rent and home price instigators People cant own homes bc massive companies and investment REITs are buying up single family homes It took me 25 years to buy my home even with excellent credit and income There were no homes to buy and most available were bought by these groups for cash So wasn't an option to buy traditionally Which you even mention thats the standard and well known method

I used to believe that real estate was better than stock market investment until I was introduced to the stock market in 2022 The significant gains I’ve seen in just two years completely changed my perspective I realized how much more flexible and profitable stock investments could be compared to traditional real estate It's been an eye-opening experience!

I remember in 2007 when I was working in real estate seeing people buy homes new from builders with the intention of selling before close of escrow to a new buyer for profit The crash was so brutal and fast that I remember seeing a lot of these units foreclosed on with the builder plastic still on the carpet

They are not talking about the most important piece of information, "The Due on Sale Clause" The bank can call the loan due if a homeowner allows someone to take over his payments The new buyer will have to qualify for the new loan or the bank will foreclose on the property Whatever amount was given to a person who structured the deal, will be lost unless you know how to reach them and can force them to give you the money back Thant is a fact If you doubt it, contact your bank
