Solyndra made up 1 of the money coming out of Energy department's loan-guarantee program Common sense, to me, would say that it would be pretty premature to determine the fate of the other 99 based on that Which is beside the point, as they have the assets to pay off the loan anyway So what about the other 40 projects to receive loans?
