I was myself a sedentary person for a long time So I think I know this theme very well If I could recommend something for people who have a bad time with exercising it would be slope walking on a treadmill or dedicating some minutes in the rowing machinebrbrIt is like cardio for those who don’t like cardio exercises

One of my resolutions every year is to take up reading books and exercise like Mr Neil But like him, i am too serendary to get my ass off until one day when i was too disappointed with my life, i thought i needed to trade off getting out of comfort zone with living a dream life Though my living area didn't have much space for exercising, i tried my best to get bang for my buck That's how i changed my life What about you?
