Many autobots have helmets and of u look closely at scenes when he transforms his helmet forms with it and if u pay close attention when sentinel was talking to Charlotte mearing his bits and pieces on his helmet were moving and if he were to fake a helmet it would look alot more like the heads of the original primes signifying that sentinel is indeed a real prime
