 Just a few years ago I obtained a Canadian 1 cent dated 1947 from the reign of George VI I suppose that makes it legal tender despite being more than 60 years since the ascension of Elizabeth II

 bI don't know the reason why somebody would ask this kind of question mate A head of state is dead but this doesn't mean that all the coins & notes immediately need to be withdrawn I really don't understand this question's logic For me, the right question would've been: when we will have coins and notes with the portrait of the King Charles III?/b
