I don't agree with your rough play completely Depend on the lies something you can just pop the ball up without follow through Isn't it 😊 Comment from : @王毅-p1u |
If only the courses I played had nice chippy grass like that, chipping would be so much easier!!! Comment from : @chrisearle7886 |

Gary Player says nearly all amateurs should be chipping around the greens Trying to take it high with a 60 isn't consistent enough for most amateurs Chipping is an easier shot Comment from : @mezanine10 |
Chipping I have been always using my 56° and my 60° … found it hard to use them consistently So I went to a 48° for bump and runs because flying the ball I think it a lot I had too much tension so thank you for this video you just made chipping much more easier and now I have more confidence Comment from : @_ErIc1976 |
Great master class coach big thanks Comment from : @RichardMau-jn5ci |

Too much talking Not enough demonstration Comment from : @GlennBlaine |
I think ill stick with phil Mickelsons 60 degree chips What happens when a bunker or water is in the way? Got to build that confidence with the 60 Comment from : @matthillard9363 |
When I was beginning a friend had me use a 7 iron around the green instead of my wedge and it helped a lot I’ll try using my 9 iron next time out Comment from : @alanm500 |
Comment from : @lukeskywalker3534 |

I consistently use my 52° when I'm chipping around the green Comment from : @elianth70 |
I use one club only, we don’t have enough time to practice the weight and feel of different clubs, I just adjust ball position and loft Still need to practice , when I don’t occasionally practice chips I’m rusty… also learn to hit the green , not the collar, the bit of rough grass throws it off… Comment from : @markhuru |
I always leave 20 if the service was OH WAIT! You said CHIPPING? Comment from : @MrBikedrummer |
The best advice I ever received was to adjust your swing as if you were putting the ball that far It works Of course you have to get the rest of the stuff right, but it is all about club head speed and following through to the hole Comment from : @hillbilly4christ638 |
Thank you so much I have really been struggling with my short game and usually blade the darn thing well past the hole This is a game changer for absolute certain Comment from : @shawnmurtaugh9700 |

Ever since I started doing only pitching wedge 100 and in, my short game has improved SIGNIFICANTLY! brbrMy thought process on it was; if I master this club inside 100 yards, the other clubs will be easier to master inside 100 brbrI compared it to my video games online My guitar practice and play Every time I get better at those games, i'm practicing slowly and with one weapon, or with one scale brbrI get those down like the back of my hand and move on from there It always works, it's proven time and time again to be effective and also saving time in the long run Comment from : @NonnyStrikes |
Thank you for this tip, around the greens I get a little scare that I’m going to skull the ball and it goes across the green and off the back, so I’ve been using a 8 iron and just doing the bump and run, now I’m going to try your methods and I’m sure I will be better with my 60° and 56° and I like the 9 iron idea as well Now I just need to practice it Comment from : @socaljimmyd |

Hi Alex, one of the best videos in YouTube Thank you so much for your input I have two questions My problem is not digging in with the leading edge Somehow this works It is more I hit it with the leading edge the ball and the ball goes on the ground What would be in this case to correct? Are you saying in chipping we should use always bounce? Thank you Comment from : @ufukgoksu9851 |
