I think I've been doing exactly that - focusing on the contact so much that I just hit at the ball If you're throwing a ball, you're not obsessing about how the ball leaves your hand, but focusing on your target

Love the content of all the videos! I think you could up the quality of Audio and maybe video? We have been using a Saramonic wireless mic when we use the iPhone for videos and a Rode shotgun mic when we do videos with our Oly OMD mark 5ii (when we have a more stable environment) Just a suggestion :)
