The idea that red states will become purple is very delusional on the side of the democrats States rarely ever change colors or they will rarely be 50/50 every election You will have occasional exceptions like Florida turning blue on Obamas election or Arizona in the last election (even though it’s a swing state) but the colors generally do not change So if you are relying on “purple” states you might need a better strategy
