I have 2 pool tables my 8ft 3pc slate I disassembled and put in my truck my 6ft valley coin op slate just took 2 guys to put in basement but was only 500lbs not 1000 like the 8ft

I move Pool tables for a living When they laid it on the back of the truck they should have had 2 PVC pipes on hand Put one at the back of the truck and the other about a meter inside The table will roll without effort all the way up the front As for the actual lift A 'dolly' is the best bet Keep the table as close to 90deg as possible and the dolly will do all the work To get up steps (2 or 3) I use bathroom tiles Stack them so you make a ramp Works a charm with larger tables up to 9 foot

I've had good luck moving them by taking legs off, stand it on one side, run 3 ropes under it, put a guy on each end of each rope, you can walk it right onto & off a trailer Pretty easy way to move one, set it on it's side install legs, gently tip it up, level it side to side, & long ways, check from right corner to left corner, & vice versa, & good to go !
