Great video on workplace culture, it's such an important topic Seriously, I have a lot of experience in my field, and half of my job is looking up best practices and figuring resolutions on the fly in this way But the interview process is brutal! Half of the questions they ask are textbook questions that I don't have memorized, and there are waaaaay too many concepts to memorize to prepare for ANY off the cuff question they ask me It feels less about seeing if you're a good fit for the workplace culture and more about random knowledge dumps I even started using this AI tool that basically listens in on the interview and feeds me answers in real time It felt a bit like cheating at first, but honestly, it helped me get past those ridiculous knowledge based questions and actually talk about my skills and experience It's ridiculous that it had to come to that, though Comment from : @LisaMonue
