Thanks Devlin, do you have any recommendations, examples or videos on systems training, like 'how to videos'? So trying to teach new staters how to use systems, like data entry, bookings, updating customer details etc The 'how to' videos can be quite long and boring but struggling to think how to make it more engaging when it is very directive (click here, add this, click here)???
