I have cancelled order because it hasn't been shipped even by delivery date time, via customer service I saw it's cancelled, but didn't receive any mail from Amazon about cancelled order Will I get full money refund since Amazon Customer Service cancelled it on my request, because the item hasn't been shipped yet (even by delivery time date)? This video is telling you how to return items, something Amazon allow and make easy But this video does not tell you how to get a refund on items that never arrived Items that WEREN’T ever delivered but their lying Amazon drivers said they did brI had a driver Christmas presents I bought off Amazon in a fire escape 7 floors below my 11th floor flat He even took a photo of the items dumped under the sign that said to fourth floor and posted the photo to my account saying he had delivered it

For those who never received their product and would like to get the refund, write straight away to the Amazon Customer Service They will issue a refund for you brUnfortunately, I didn't find any other means to get the money back without contacting Amazon's employee
