I bought a vacume cleaner that doesn't work, but I also bought 3 other things and they were all delivered together in one massive box, how would I return the vacuum cleaner when all it's in now is the manufacturer's box (like you'd buy from the shop) would they just put a sticker on that and return it or does it have to be in a plain amazon box because I haven't got one apart from the monster box all my items arrived in which is about 4ft x 4ft and I can't carry that to the post office, if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated thanks, 👍👍 Comment from : @toneloke5145 |

Not all returning orders are refunded within 1,5 hours but months! I have returned items that are blocked in carrier's warehouse for more than 2 weeks and Amazon did not refunded me, even though I submitted proof of delivery, they asking to be patient for 60 days, and afterwards to investigate myself, not Amazon, what's the issue with the carrier! Amazon is doing nothing to investigate by themselves, bearing in mind the contract for shipping goods is between Amazon and the carrier, not with me, so they should be held responsible for not receiving my refund package! Thanks for doing this I have had to keep so many bad, broken or fake items because I don't understand the amazon returns process I have autism and I struggle with anything tech I have messaged amazon so many times and they completely ignore me I can print a label at home on a printer I learned to do that for ebay I message amazon every time asking them to send me a return label I can print at home I don't even own a phone to take a code to the post office But amazon ignore me and they never respond I got something here that cost £120 I started a return on the day I got it and I only have 3 days left to return it I haven't had a single reply from amazon how I can return it when I have no phone to take to the post office and they won't send me a label But your video makes a bit of sense to me and I have watched a few that didn't So thank you very much Comment from : @sandyp196 |
