So I am selling my home on Jan 30 We are leaving the country on Feb 7th I would want to become a non resident right after selling my primary residence correct? Okay so my grandma passed away and apparently we have to pay tax on her rental house before we own it? Since we lived together with her in the main house that house isn’t taxed right but her rental house is taxed before it is ours?
