Hey Justin, I'm trying to understand the Bed and Breakfast as we approach the tax year end ( 4 months away but never to early to plan! ) brbrI hold several stocks in a GIA that are in the green & my plan is to sell these in April and re-buy instantly within my ISA - Would I be exempt from paying CGT as I'm re-buying the asset instantly?
