With the Wealthsimple Visa Infinite on the way, these cards are even more irrelevant 2 unlimited cash back on everything with no FX fees, and the monthly fee is easily waived if you get direct deposits to your WS Cash account

Tangerine is obsolete in general these days, I used to use them for high interest savings, but ever since they were bought by Scotiabank, they're rates/offers have progressively gotten worse to non existent

Great video, quite funny, I just cancelled my Tang CC yesterday as wasn't using it, reason I stopped is that it would often not give me the 2 cash back at home improvement locations which were clearly home improvement locations like lumber yards etc I questioned them on it and they replied this was at the discretion of mastercard to administer so not worth the hassle for me Not a rogers customer so likely won't go that route but will look for something with good cash back prior to heading out on some travel, lots of cards with intro bonuses available at the moment

I got the Rogers Red World Elite to use as my primary credit card And I have no complaints so far, love this card I wanted to change my secondary card and chose the tangerine card After this video I feel like I’ve made a good choice for a secondary card I’m in Quebec, we don’t have access to some of the more ideal cardsbrbrLove your videos! Speaking of useless cards, if you want to be really provocative, do a video on the idiotic Cobalt card 😅 I'm tired of reviewers hyping it up for kickbacks In the GTA you can't use it any grocer you'd want to consistently use, no Costco, no Walmart multiplier No travel multiplier You would have to do $250 a month in takeout just to break even Useless! Most of us aren't that irresponsible these days and/or broke Lol

I agree with you that the Tangerine MasterCard is useless now I used to pay my TELUS recurring bill using Tangerine, they used to give 2 cash back As of last December they don't give 2 back on my TELUS recurring bill anymore Rogers card is the way to go Thanks for the great content
