I’m not sure if anyone can help , my key isn’t topping up at the shops ( in my machine it says error R2 ?) I’m having a horrible time trying to get utilita to send me a key or the code to pick one up ( come Monday 930 it will run out of electric, I’ve been waiting for a call back of there tech team since 830 yesterday morning ( apparently they don’t do keys and will only give me a smart meter ???? )

Someone help me! I'm paying a debt on this metre for an old bill, I agreed to pay a set amount a weekbrA year later i discovered it says on my metre "weekly/ charge 899" I assumed this was the amount I had to pay for my debt WRONG , the electric company said it's a standard charge! That makes no sense because that is way too high to be a standard charge on a metre, it should be around £2 a week, brI asked them how much debt they are taking off and they said that they take "a little every 75 minutes"( didnt specify how much is a little) and that the 899 was not the debt WTF I'm so annoyed and confused Does anyone know what this is and how come they take debt "a little bit very 75 minutes " please help me

guys i have this meter and we just had a power cut and when electric came back on the meter is now blank just the green light but no balance on it and putting key in to top up does nowt any ideas how to get it working again
