After the previous video you did on the two coins, I’ve done more calculations today Present price of a sovereign (competitive London dealer) is £36880, present price of a 1/4 Oz Britannia £41778 For the Brittannia to compete gold for gold it should only cost £396 so they’ve put on an extra £21 premium over the sovereign! brI did buy a 1/4 oz Britannia recently though, partly inspired by your earlier video and must say I love the fact it’s pure gold but from a purely investment point of view I think my next purchase will be a sovereign as more bang per buck plus it has great heritage, this despite the fact that it lacks the yellow brilliance of pure gold Comment from : @jacc88888 |
